Job DescriptionTitle:Labor Relations (GW Argentina)Responsibilities andDuties:· Manage employee relationsissues and ensure concerns are properly identified, reported & resolved;· Assure compliance withall applicable local laws and corporate policies/guidelines, and identifyopportunities to develop and implement new practices/guidelines to achievebusiness goals;· HR policy/training-Ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures andpractices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant workenvironment;· Analyze and interpretdata as required to support HR strategy (organization fitness design metrics)in core functional areas (retention, span and layers compliance, diversity,etc.);· Follow up and ensure allpayroll matters are following local law;· Negotiate with LaborUnion representatives;· Assist the ServiceManager for service office daily matter.;· Any other tasks assignedby HRBP;Qualifications and Skills:· Bachelor's degree in Law,HR or similar discipline;· 2+ years of relevantLabor Relation, Union negotiation experience;· Ability to manage andwork efficiently with various levels of people in matrix organization.;· Good interpersonal and communicationskills; Reports to:HRBP South America Salaryrange: 55,000-75,000 ARSLocation:Puerto Madryn - ArgentinaINTERESADO FAVOR DE ENVIAR CV AL CORREO liutian36057@goldwind.com.cn
