Job Description Titleabor Relations (GW Argentina) Responsibilities andDuties: · Manage employee relationsissues and ensure concerns are properly identified, reported & resolved; · Assure compliance withall applicable local laws and corporate policies/guidelines, and identifyopportunities to develop and implement new practices/guidelines to achievebusiness goals; · HR policy/training-Ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures andpractices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant workenvironment; · Analyze and interpretdata as required to support HR strategy (organization fitness design metrics)in core functional areas (retention, span and layers compliance, diversity,etc.); · Follow up and ensure allpayroll matters are following local law; · Negotiate with LaborUnion representatives; · Assist the ServiceManager for service office daily matter.; · Any other tasks assignedby HRBP; Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor's degree in Law,HR or similar discipline; · 2+ years of relevantLabor Relation, Union negotiation experience; · Ability to manage andwork efficiently with various levels of people in matrix organization.; · Good interpersonal and communicationskills; Reports to:HRBP South America Salaryrange: 55,000-75,000 ARS Location:Puerto Madryn - Argentina
